Topping VX1 2x25W Class T Amplifier with USB DAC and Headphone Amp
Get the most from your music sources, with the Topping VX1. This audio system packs a stereo amplifier, headphone amplifier, and a USB DAC into one tiny, well-made package. Plug the VX1 into your computer to stream high-definition audio through the onboard DAC, or use the analog inputs for a more traditional source connection. The auto on and off function synchronizes with your computer when it is powered up or down. The VX1 employs the Tripath TA2021B amplifier to deliver 25 watts into 4 ohm speakers with surprisingly little distortion. The handy front panel headphone amplifier jack supports headphones with impedances between 16-300 ohms and produces a minimum THD of 0.002% for a sonically unrestrained audio experience .
Topping pays close attention to detail in the build of this amp and uses only quality parts from Texas Instruments, NXP, TOKO, ALPS, KOA, and Nichicon. This quality build is heard in the detailed mid and high frequencies as the VX1 has smooth response signature with no harsh peaks or valleys. The DAC chip is the UDA1351TS for plug and play functionality for Windows 2000 or higher. The Burr-Brown OP2134 op-amp produces superior sound quality with ultra-low distortion. The components found in this amplifier would cost hundreds more in high end audiophile equipment.
The Topping VX1 includes a 100~240V input 14 VDC 4A power adapter, one 3.5 mm to 1/4" headphone adapter, and one USB cable for connection to your computer.
